Olaitan Callender-Scott
President
Olaitan is a multifaceted professional with a rich background in law and the arts. With numerous years of experience as a legal administrative professional, she has worked in various settings, including corporations, non-profits, and law firms, serving as a legal analyst, administrative board liaison, and paralegal. Beyond her legal expertise, Olaitan is a creative force, holding a Master of Fine Arts degree from Vermont College of Fine Arts. She is a talented writer and visual artist, with a passion for storytelling and creative expression. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Olaitan has called the San Francisco Bay Area home for over three decades. She is a proud mother of two daughters and a devoted grandmother to five beloved grandchildren.”
Wayne Barrow
Vice-President
Wayne Barrow is an American Film Producer, Talent Manager, Businessman and Humanitarian. He is CEO of Brooklyn’s Finest, Inc, a digital Technology and Entertainment company, CEO of Barrow Films and Co-Owner of ByStorm Entertainment, comprising music and publishing. Responsible for selling over 250 Million Records Worldwide, he has fostered the careers of several recording artists, including but not limited to, Wreckx-N-Effect, J.Cole, Nas, Miguel, Ro- James, and continues to manage Voletta Wallace and the Estate of The Notorious B.I.G.. Barrow Produced the films; Notorious (2009), Blue (2009), Kicks (2016), The Life Of The Notorious B.I.G (2017), BIGGIE: I Got A Story To Tell (2021) and City Of Lies (2021). He is Vice Chairman of the Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation and serves as Goodwill Ambassador of Ethical Entertainment in Nigeria, Liberia and Ghana AFRICA for The Safe Campaign, an (NGO) for the United Nations
Ifatola Tifase
Treasurer
Oloye Ifatola Tifase is a Textile Artist and Chief in Egungun, Iyanifa, Oya, Obatala, Egbe, and Osun Priestess. She owns Tola's Creations Botanica Wellness & Cultural Center in Chicago, combining style, spiritual and physical wellness, and community activism. Born and raised in Englewood, Tifase's early involvement in theater, music, dance, and modeling shaped her creative background. Her adult journey of self-discovery through world travel and spiritual initiation connected her deeply with her ancestral roots.
As a mother and entrepreneur, Tifase focuses on wellness programs that blend artistic expression with spiritual grounding to foster self-esteem and growth in inner-city communities. She aims to transform tragedy into triumph through cultural expression. A graduate of NEIU's Center for Inner City Studies, Tifase addresses social justice issues in communities of color. She travels widely, expanding her understanding of African traditions across the diaspora and collaborating with artists to preserve cultural heritage through textile art. Ifatola Tifase's journey as a Textile Artist, Spiritual Practitioner, and Community Activist showcases her dedication to empowering others and making a meaningful impact in her community.
Leslie M. Brown
Secretary
Leslie M. Brown, also known as Osunfiminhan, is a dedicated advocate for individual and community advancement, with a rich background in resource development and mental health. Brown's resource development journey spans the non-profit sector, government municipalities, and for-profit companies across Florida, North Carolina, and Washington, DC. She has successfully secured well over $150 million in funding and in-kind resources, supporting a wide range of human services, artistic endeavors, and infrastructural initiatives. Her expertise has been pivotal in empowering numerous non-profits, government entities, and businesses to achieve their missions. She has also supported these entities through strategic planning, program development and other creative approaches to solving challenges. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Brown specializes in organizational challenges, veterans' issues, career advancement, and minority religious groups. Currently a Doctoral candidate in Counseling at Barry University, she has worked extensively with the military community and is particularly proud of her work with children and families impacted by the school shooting epidemic in the United States. Brown also mentor’s student counselors and lectures at Barry University, sharing knowledge and experiences to help shape the next generation of mental health professionals. Brown is also an initiated priestess in the Ifa tradition and working to adeptly integrate her Western education and training with traditional healing modalities. Her hope is that seeking wellness, whether through mental health counseling, or traditional spirituality and modalities will become as normalized as seeking medical models of health. Brown’s work in different sectors and communities underscores her lifelong commitment to helping people and communities to thrive.
Olajumoke Ademiluyi

Olajumoke Ademiluyi is a registered nurse & a certified midwife with a Bachelor degree in Nursing Sciences from the prestigious Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, ( LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria, She also has a Bachelor degree in Medical Physiology from the premier University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. She also obtained a Masters in Public Health from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, also in Nigeria. She has over 3 decades of working experience in the health sector, both private and public. She currently heads the clinic of the National Center of Agricultural Mechanization (NCAM), Ilorin, Kwara State. Her knowledge of public health has enabled her to impact her community positively through health interventions she convened and collaborated with. She is also a Public Health Speaker and has been invited to speak in religious and secular circles. She is a member of National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives ( NANNM). She is happily married to Engr. (Dr) Ademiluyi Yinka Segun, a Director of Research and Processing Engineering at National Centre for Agricultural Mechanization Ilorin, Kwara State Nigeria and National Coordinator for SAWAH Eco technology in Nigeria.
