Our egalitarian approach to pregnancy care, where everyone involved - including parents, families, communities, healthcare providers, and birth workers - has a voice and seat at the table.  By abolishing hierarchical structures and valuing each person's unique knowledge and experience, we can re-establish best practices that are respectful, effective, and tailored to individual needs.
