About the Company
Olomo Lo L'aye is a non-profit organization dedicated to reclaiming and honoring ancestral, traditional, cultural, and spiritual birth practices. We aim to counterbalance the harm caused by over-medicalized Western approaches by promoting an egalitarian model of care.
Our Approach:
- Exposing members to Agbebi practices and non-clinical trainings
- Empowering birth professionals to integrate traditional practices into their work
- Fostering unity and cross-cultural learning among medical and traditional birth professionals
- Preserving traditional birthing practices through compassionate knowledge exchange and awareness
